.got my daughter a phone from t mobile for her birthday which she had stolen contacted this insurance company who deal with t mobile and they declined the claim because the phone was in my name and not my daughters .Have cancelled my direct debit with this company and will be ringing t mobile to complain about them ....

Absolutely terrible company. I would advise anyone to steer well clear. I have just received my credit card statement and they have taken a years payment without my permission. I telephoned Barclaycard, who gave me their direct number. After speaking with them it came to light the \'welcome\' pack had been sent to my old address [I moved 8 months ago] and because I didn\'t \'cancel\' within 2 weeks of a pack I never received arriving, the obnoxious girl told me they had the right to take my money [all £69.99] I have lodged a complaint with Barclaycard and am not sure what else to do? I can ill afford to lose this amount of money, working part time as a staff nurse with 4 young children....

This is the worst insurance company that anyone should ever use. DO NOT USE this company. I had my entire bag stolen two weeks ago and my phone was insured with this company. For at least an hour every single day since then I have been trying to get a replacement phone. I have spoken to about 12 people from Ragh something to Lisa something and Mikey something and none of the customer care team will provide me with their last name. Each one of them promised that they would call me back and each one I spoke to never did. My phone company Meteor had to send over 6 fax confirmations and each time they claimed that they did not receive them. IT was only when Meteor stated that I would lodge an official complaint did they \"find\" my fax confirmation. I still have not heard anything back from these people and at this rate I am convinced that this company is a scam that are willing to take peoples \"insurance\" monies every week but do not provide any sort of a service in return. I strongly warn anyone thinking of this company to avoid it at all costs. Lynne...
